Last night I had the pleasure of making a presentation to our corporate sponsors on Gone Fishing, Actix. The video tells you pretty much what the event was all about, and I have to say, I really enjoyed it.

The Charlotte Street Hotel is a wonderful venue and we were able to present the film on 35mm with full Dolby Digital, and it really showed. The audience was mostly programmers from Actix, and it represented a refreshing challenge for me – I am used to speaking to film makers, but not so used to explaining our journey to people who are phenomenally bright, but maybe a little unexposed to the wild and wonderful shenanigans of the film business.

So thanks to Chris Larmour at Actix for making it all happen, and thanks also to Chris H, Sara and Vanessa for providing support on the night.
