Chasing the dream? How to lead like a crazy person

I recently got forwarded this video by filmmaker Mike Mindel, and it really resonated with me with regard to leading people on a crazy venture like making  a film.

Big props to Derek Sivers for this inspirational video.

The big takeaway for me is that it’s about the first follower,  and about the crowd… that’s how to truly create a movement.
