This Sunday there will be a free screening of Gone Fishing, on 35mm, at the Odeon in Covent Garden. I will be there giving a talk about the film and how it was made, so it’s a great chance to see the film (on film) and catch up with friends who were involved in the making of the movie. It’s absolutely free too, and put on as part of the Super Shorts Festival. It’s a 250 seat theatre but organizers expect it to fill up, based on other events they are running, and also because its free – so get there early.
I will be taking a print made on the new Kodak Premiere Stock and this will be the first time it will be seen by the public. So do come along and see Gone Fishing on a GYNORMOUS screen, absolutely free!
If you want to know more about Super Shorts, you can click on their website here.
So just to recap, Odeon Covent Garden, 11am to 1pm on Sunday 6th July 2008. Hope to see you all there.
Onward and upward!
